ABOUT THE LIBRARY
The La Ronge Public Library shares space with the Town Office in La Ronge. Northlands College which has no library facility is located directly across the street. Churchill High School and Pre-Cam Elementary School are nearby. Students from Northlands College, and SIIT use the public library as their main source for research materials and reference. By visiting in person, or calling (306) 425-2160, patrons are assisted in finding the answers to reference questions by qualified staff.. The Library provides free public Internet access to patrons with valid Library cards. Six Internet workstations are available for use. Outreach staff assist in the selection and delivery of library materials to those individuals who cannot visit the library themselves. If the item you need is not in the La Ronge Public Library collection, Interlibrary Loans can get it for you from another source. Different types of materials have different loan periods. Call Circulation for renewals or to check your patron record. Public Relations: La Ronge Public Library encourages the two way communication between the library and its many different publics.
