PNLS and LSSAP are now accepting member funding applications for the February 2015 Saskatchewan Aboriginal Storytelling Month.

Summer Reading Club Tour 2014 - July 21st to 25th
Featuring Storyteller Danica Lorer
PNLS is very excited to reveal more details about our upcoming Summer Reading Club Tour 2014, part of the TD Summer Reading Club, featuring storyteller Danica Lorer!
Danica Lorer has been a professional storyteller for more than 15 years. She is also a freelance writer and photographer. She lives in Langham and follows the highway as a ribbon tying her to the amazing sky, clear water, words on the wind and beautiful people. She reaches out with her telling to audiences of all ages at festivals, libraries, schools, extended care homes and more.
We will be visiting ten communities over the course of five days, from July 21st to 25th; for a complete list of communities, dates, and times, please visit our Events Calendar. We look forward to you joining us there!

PM, Monday through Friday.

Saskatchewan Aboriginal Storytelling Month is being celebrated throughout February with a series of events across Saskatchewan! Storytellers for the Month include include Howard Walker, Margaret Cote, Jason Chamakese, and Robert Gladue. Our Northern Saskatchewan Archives is celebrating Archives Week with an Open House at Pahkisimon Nuye?áh Library System Headquarters in Air Ronge, Tuesday 4 February, 2014, 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. New library2go Kids eReading Room!
PNLS is pleased to announce library2go for Kids, a new digital collection website experience just for children. The main library2go digital collection now has a separate site to provide a safe and easy browsing experience for kids. library2go for Kids filters the overall digital collection to just show children’s content, which gets kids to the titles they want faster! This new service is free for users with a library card. Digital titles are available anytime, anywhere and expire automatically, so no need to worry about late fees.
